"A stay to remember"

Amazing hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, great spacious rooms.

There was only one restaurant opened and it was only self service.

Der Aufenthalt in diesem Wüstenhotel ist etwas ganz besonderes. Die Kargheit der Wüste steht im kompletten Gegensatz zu der Reichhaltigkeit und Schönheit dieses Hotels. Wahrscheinlich das beste Hotel in dem wir jemals gewesen sind! Das Design der Zimmer und das atemberaubende Frühstücksbuffet lassen keine Wünsche offen. So macht reisen Spaß!

Everything was amazing ! The employees were all so professionnel from the concierge Abd el hay to the receptionist to the people working in the restaurant ! wonderful team managed by the best director Mr Wael ! He was always present and so helpful !!!
