Asian travelers should avoid this hotel. This hotel seems to be a regular stop for elderly tour groups. The facilities are outdated, and there are numerous unnecessary steps throughout the property that make moving around inconvenient and impractical. Other than helping us with our luggage during check-in and check-out, we experienced very little warmth or hospitality. The breakfast room was especially unpleasant. Staff members were extremely friendly and attentive toward white guests, greeting them enthusiastically, introducing the breakfast selection, and engaging them in conversation. When it came to us, however, it was as if we were invisible. No greeting, no welcome, no thank you, no goodbye. Staff would stand right in front of us with blank expressions and make no effort to acknowledge our presence. One brown-skinned female staff member in particular was consistently cold and dismissive. One final piece of advice: do not pay extra for breakfast.The breakfast quality was extremely poor, especially considering the price. The selection was very limited, with little variety from one day to the next, and many items seemed cheap and uninspiring. Fresh options were scarce, and the overall standard was far below what one would expect from a hotel in this category. The contrast in treatment was impossible to ignore. As Asian guests, we felt unwelcome throughout our stay. There are many hotels in the area that deserve your money more than this one.

Die Handweker in unserem Bad haben wohl Probleme mit den Bauplatten gehabt. Die Badewannenabdeckung war wohl auch nicht optimal gelungen.

Vanuit het hotel loop je zo het centrum in: ideaal! (Leuke stad ook). De kamer is ruim genoeg. In de badkamer een beetje onhandig met het toilet, wastafel en deur zo dicht op elkaar. Maar de douche is ruimtelijk en heeft een sterke waterdruk! Personeel is netjes en super vriendelijk. Het hotel is bovendien zeer stijlvol ingericht, prachtig 👌 Fijn dat onze hond mee mocht.
