Hotel SB BCN Events 4* Sup

A szállás felszereltsége rendben volt, a bútorokkal, törölközőkkel, ágy minőségével elégedettek voltunk. Habár Barcelona kb egy 40 perces útra van, a közlekedés rendkívül jó busszal és vonattal is. A bár rendben volt, a személyzet kedves.

Képeken sokkal modernebbnek tűnik a szállás, de ami ennél kiábrándítóbb, az a fürdőszoba volt. Felmosva az egész szobában nem volt, de ez a fürdőn különösen meglátszott. A fugák penészesek voltak, a kád koszos volt, csak papucsban léptünk be. A WC ülőkéje mozgott, az ajtót pedig nem lehetett becsukni, ami végtelen kellemetlen, tekintve a szoba méreteit.

The location, the pool is OK, plenty of parking if you require it.

Getting in and out of the shower involves stepping over the bath and negotiating the large step over which is blocked by a fixed glass partition. The part of the bath you step into is the sloped part, and as the uncontrollable shower normally sprays in all directions it gets wet often. My wife slipped trying to get in and badly bruised her leg and hit her top lip, which became severely swollen. She was restricted to liquids for that evening and the following day as she could not eat. We complained at reception on Sat evening and were told to spk to the Manager on Monday. No medical advice offered. We asked on Monday and were kept waiting for over 20 minutes as the manner was busy doing something else. This is NOT acceptable. The welfare and wellbeing of the clients has to have priority. If you are over 50 pr suffer any form of mobility issues DO NOT STAY HERE

Great location and clean hotel. Breakfast was amazing as well. Wish we could have stayed here longer.
