All the facilities are outdated and dirty, and the breakfast is absolutely terrible. It’s not even worth giving one star. 모든 시설이 낙후되어 있고 더러우며 조식은 정말 형편없습니다. 별 한개도 주기 아깝습니다. 호텔 사진이 예전 괜찮았을때 찍은 걸 사용하는 거 아닌 거 할 정도로 실물과 차이가 너무 납니다.

침구 및 타월 청결(수건에서 심각한 오물냄새가 나기도 했음) 조식은 형편없고 이 호텔은 별 한개 모텔인 것 같습니다.

Excellent location, good breakfast, friendly staff, spacious rooms.

Could have been slightly cleaner. Rooms a little worn out and dark lighting.

Location is very good for the city centre. Hotel facilities were good. Hotel staff were helpful and courteous.

Wi-Fi signal was rather weak in our room. Hotel taxi service could have been better. Hotel swimming pool was VERY cold.

It was cheaper than the other two hotels we stayed in during our visit to Thailand. It was quite well located and the rooms were big (though with quite a lot of wasted space, possibly caused by redesigns over the years) .

Very large hotel, with not enough lifts. It took a long time to get to the buffet breakfast, which was difficult to navigate with people coming and going all the time. Inadequate number of coffee machines, which seemed to be constantly needing filling up/cleaning. Size made it seem impersonal, and it appeared to be catering to large tour groups, and possibly to have become a bit threadbare in recent years. Very out of date on types of electric sockets provided in bedrooms. Hard beds, and some very ill-fitting old furniture.
