Overnight stay. Place is run down. Doors dont shut completely. Ceiling was falling down over the shower. Several bugs. AC didn't cool very well. Will not stay here again. No access to any places around due to a one way road.

"It was clean, comfortable and fine for one night while we were traveling."

The location was ok, but because of road construction, it was hard to get to. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the price was good.

Even though there wasn't a breakfast, they did have a refrigerator, so we brought our own food.

Location is convenient to the Lake Ray Roberts State Park. Price was high but not as high as major brand hotels. Staff was friendly.

the box spring mattress had what appeared to be blood stains and dark material/stains on it.
