Lovely pool, good breakfast and excellent location for the beach and exploring the area.

The rooms were very warm despite the air conditioning and the decor and style of the hotel feels out-dated. Also the pool would be improved with a shallow end for children.

Excelente quarto com uma ainda melhor varanda numa moradia independente do principal edifício do hotel - total descrição e sossego absoluto. Bom pequeno almoço. Simpatia do pessoal. Por outro lado, a navette para a praia é a melhor do mundo! Está sempre disponível e os motoristas são impecáveis. A concessão da praia é excelente, e mesmo na semana de 15 de Agosto, a praia estava pouco concorrida — uma verdadeira maravilha!

Discloser: Sou cliente habitual do Ria Park & Spa e noto imediatamente algumas diferenças entre um hotel de cinco estrelas e um de quatro. A zona do bar e o restaurante onde são servidos os pequenos-almoços mereciam uma renovação, e a esplanada melhor ventilação. Apesar de estar bastante satisfeito com o hotel, o ponto negativo vai para o Wi-Fi no meu quarto — foi simplesmente inexistente!

Amplitud de la habitación, comodidad de las camas y ubicación.

Fundamentalmente la chica de supervisión llamada Carolina, mal educada y sin atender a lo que se preguntaba. Hablaba rápido y bastante mal, no permitiendo entender lo que decía. Nunca me había encontrado así en hotel de esa categoría.
