Grand Canyon Railway Hotel

When I was doing research on where to stay near the Grand Canyon for our 'end of summer family road trip, I found so many options, but what caught my attention was the option for family packages. And of course the train ride. I absolutely love riding on trains. Imagine my surprise when we get there and realize that everything and everyone in this hotel was amazing. I can't think of one negative thing to say. The rooms, the train ride, the food, the pool and the area are spectacular! I am already planning a return trip. You won't regret staying here!

My friends were visiting from back east and we loved the train the hotel and the Grand Canyon! We upgraded the train cars and we're very pleased with that. I liked the planning and the ease of the trip and the entertainment and bartenders were a bonus of fun!

As a family we stayed at the Grand Canyon Railway Hotel for an overnight before spending a day travelling on the Railway to the South Rim of the Canyon. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay - especially when the train was held up by bandits! Please don't tell children and teenagers to expect it ... it's best when it comes as a complete surprise!

Love the lobby and the easy access to restaurants and stores.

Great place to stay . Close to the strip. All around fun place.

Family friendly. I have a 14 year old who enjoyed the pool area and gaming room. Hubby and I had a couple of drinks at the bar. Definitely will be back.

I liked that the eating option was easy. I went to Spencers Pub and ate delicious food and a glass of wine. My room was very quiet and clean.

We booked the 2 nights Grand Canyon railway package and enjoyed 2 nights at the hotel, its a very traditional hotel and a little dated but very clean. We booked the dulex room! Our package was brilliant value as included breakfast and a buffet dinner, the breakfast spread was really good and even offered freshly made omelette, the dinner for was average and the best was the freshly made pasta. The train experience was really good we booked first class going and the luxury parlor coming back. Both were great, with comfty seats, and complimentary soft drinks and the host was brilliant with useful information for when at the canyon. Make sure you do walk into williams as its a cool town and part of the route 66 drive Id recommend, booking the package!

Absolutely wonderful Property. It’s part of the Grand Canyon railway that you can take to the Grand Canyon. Absolutely marvelous stay.
