Semua staff sopan dan ramah dari bagian reseption, cleaning servise, restaurant dan yang mengatur parkiran. Tempat breakfast di Soeasana restaurant sangat nyaman, tamu masih diperbolehkan duduk bersantai disana walau waktu breakfast sudah selesai.

Di kamar yang kami tempati saluran pembuangan air di bath tub kurang lancar mengalirnya .. air agak lama surut, mungkin ada sumbatan .

The room was spotless, beautifully arranged, and very comfortable, with a relaxing atmosphere and a lovely view. The service was excellent and fast, and the hotel truly pays attention to every little detail to ensure guests have a luxurious and enjoyable experience. The location is also perfect and close to many important places and attractions. I would like to sincerely thank all the staff for their kindness and outstanding hospitality. This was honestly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, and I will definitely come back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and exceptional service.
