The building is old but the architecture design is gold. Suka banget dengan lobby area utamanya yg cozy and earthy.. Apalagi lobby area di setiap buildingnya.. wow this is awesome. Baru kali ini nginep di hotel, yang setiap kamar (kurang lebih 20 kamar) ada di 1 bangunan dan punya lobby area sendiri.. Service nya sudah cukup baik, makanan nya mungkin agak lebih banyakin variasi agar tidak bosan. Dan tambahan youghurt mungkin akan menjadi lebih perfect. Over all Novus Giri is amazing for my family. Especially pak Heri in rabbit village, he is so friendly, mas yg pakai kacamata di pool side area and he is also incharged in Barra resto he is so helpful. Mba Erlin di Soeasana, she is so kind and friendly.. All the staffs are kind and helpful.. We love to stay here and will come back here again someday. Thank you very much 💟

Great experience staying 2 nights in this resort with kids (feeding rabbits, playground with roleplay, clean and homey ambience) Kind employee like Pak Asum were facilitating and greeting us when we need to swap the bed and carry luggages

Best service, ambience and food&beverages. You don’t need to go anywhere else, just stay and enjoy every bit of your stay here. I haven’t tried the spa and pool lounge, looking forward to my next trip and staycation here at Novus Giri. Thank you for the service & excellent experience

Great service from the staff. Great hotel design, high class and yet very cozy. Breakfast selection is good and the restaurants ambience is good. Have great activities for kids. Unfortunately there was some insects issue in the room. Great stay overall.

Place is great for many reasons, location is prime, rooms are so nice and luxury and more like a resort than a regular hotel. Don’t miss on the hotel’s breakfast, it is the most delicious one in the whole town. Trust me I tried lots of places and hotels and this breakfast worth it. I also wanna give a big shoutout to Tasya Aulia Romantir for being great and very helpful at the front desk!!

Great spot away from the city (lots of trees, fresh air), with heaps of activities for the kids.

Traffic to get back to Jakarta was 9hrs! Cold main pool and not maintained to be clean. Room assignment was at GF so lesser privacy (other guests would wander to the back of our room/garden or peek in) - offered a room change but can't be bothered moving anymore.

Great hospitality, I had my birthday with my husband there and really enjoyed our staying, prefumed bedding, good bathtub, delicious breakfast, really excited with the mini golf!, and very good ambience. Thank you for the birthday greetings, I’ve got cute little doll with some cards! Fortunately I forgot to bring our bathbombs, because we thought we would had shower only. And when we ask the bath bomb, there’s no left. Hope in the next stay I wil try daiva spa there and wanna try anothe type of room. Thank you novus giri…
