Should not be rated as 5 stars, my room was messy, dusty, carpet has stains, damaged walls. Design is nice but execution was not right. Windows should be selected for hwy noise. Noisy room and claustrofobic . Not enough space or water for shower. Breakfast too expensive for an omletele and a coffee, price for coffee not advertised; 5 Euro for a regular filtered coffee. Swimming pool area cannot be used , opens at 11 when is 40 degrees outside, last floor closed, nothing to do inside the hotel.

Bonjour, aspect positif zéro J'ai réservé une voiture sur votre site booking.com à 45 qui devrait venir me cherché à aéroport la personne à encaissé de l'argent mais elle n'est pas présenté ! Concernant la communication à l'hôtel ce zéro. Nous sommes quant même en Europe à la réception de l'hotel il n'y meme pas une personne qui parle un mot de français ! C'est n'est pas normal
