Our director had booked the room for a business trip to Novara. However, upon arrival, he noticed mold all around the place, As a result, he was forced to leave immediately and find another hotel to stay in as your premises are not safe for the public. We believe that for a 4-star hotel, this is an unacceptable situation,

The personnel was friendly and the lobby nice, but that’s all there is.

I chose this hotel mainly for the position near the city center and cause it was a 4 stars hotel. The first point was fulfilled, you can reach the city center in 5 minutes by foot. As for the second point, I am wondering how is it possible for this hotel to be 4 stars. By going upstairs, my 2 y.o. toddler told me “it smells”, I tried to tell her it was cause the place was old but there was a clear lack of cleanliness. Everything needs to be refreshed: walls and furniture broken, dirty shower and entry door too thin, so we could hear all people coming in and out in the hallway. The breakfast… in the pictures it seemed rich and of quality, the reality is: -juices are water with powder -no fruits -cakes and sweets were for sure not home-made -the parking loft is small and difficult to access and from the signs on the walls, several cars got scratched by coming out of the parking loft

Old fashioned hotel in the middle of Novara. Breakfast is decent as it can be in Italy. Where is parking possibility both inside and outside (some public ones are also available).

It really needs internal refurbishment not only good external outfit

Hotel felt dated and a tired. But did have a quirky character to it. Having said that if the rooms were more modern the price would have been a lot more

All is ok. 20 years are this hotel was a STAR, but now.. too old
