located centrally really in Novara.

the room smelled of stale smoke. the air conditioning was working full blast and I couldn’t turn it off or lower the temperature. the bathroom shower and tiles did not look clean. the room overall was very old. wall paper could be changed and curtains faded and very smelly. the bed was also quite old and uncomfortable.

the bathroom was wack,I paid a lot ,the rooms are small,receptionist are 👎👎,it was a ugly experience.

Breakfast was very satisfactory. The bath towels were big and fluffy. Bedroom was comfortable, good to have opening windows and air conditioning. Also due to knee problems , the lift was very convenient.

Sealant in shower was mouldy. But the bathroom was clean overall. Would have liked tea and coffee facilities.

Breakfast is ok, also close to the station.

Not clean enough, we couldn't get a taxi from your hotel to go to the airport, which is not a good report about your hotel.

The staff were friendly and the room was comfortable.

The shower was a bit dark as it was tucked away in a corner.

Myself and my mam stayed here for 1 night and it was just what we wanted. Typical italian hotel with wonderful breakfast full of cheeses, meats, croissants and cereals . Staff were very friendly and we had a clean and comfortable room. Perfect location

Perfectly located but old style building in need of update. Good breakfast selection. Staff happy and prepared to assist. Would stay there again. Easy access to the centre as hotel is within walking distance.
