Номер, санвузол потребують ремонту, старі. Прибирання не дуже добре. Кондиціонер загальний, не достатньо охолоджував.

The food was fresh and of good quality...I didn't expect much being all inclusive and 3 star but I was really pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The restaurant staff were lovely and polite too.

Only fault was with the cleaning...there was a dead cockroach in my bathroom for 2 days which the cleaners saw and reception were aware of. I'm petrified of cockroaches and of course would have cleaned it up myself otherwise but I thought it was really strange the cleaners saw it and left it there. I had placed a dustpan over it to cover it as I could look at it...when I came back they had moved the dustpan to the side but left the cockroach out in the open again!? I had gone to reception to ask the cleaners do not leave my window and balcony doors open again as I was afraid more cockroaches and mosquitos would get in (there was also a cockroach on my balcony), and it also knocks off the aircon when they do this. However when I came back after a day at the beach my balcony and bedroom window was open again... I believe they do this purposely so aircon doesn't run during the day but it also meant my apartment was unlocked which is ridiculous. I have worked in cleaning in the hospitality sector myself so I don't think I'm being overly harsh here when I say this part was a really poor experience. Overall the apartments were surface clean and are a bit worn, however, given it is 3 star I didn't expect them to be brand new. Beds were uncomfortable but again didn't expect much.

We were satisfied with the hotel, especially the food and the service, which in our opinion were above the standard expected from a 3-star hotel. However, we believe the hotel should improve its security measures. The main entrance should be more secure, for example by requiring a key card or chip for access. During our stay, my daughter was able to leave the hotel on her own, and we felt that anyone could enter or exit the building without restriction. Better access control at the main entrance would make the hotel much safer for families with children. Apart from this concern, we appreciated the quality of the food and the helpful service provided by the staff.

Great place for families, a lot of open space for kids to roam and have fun, friendly staff, 5 minute walk from the beach, good food.

The apartment could use a do up, but it was clean and tidy. Cant complain about anything else, good value for money.
