Garden Playanatural Hotel & Spa - Adults Only

The only problem we encountered was during the check in. They said I should had called them informing I was coming with a pet, I told them it was not explained on the web page, they seemed annoyed with me bringing a pet, I had to show them the HOTELS.COM page were they say pets allowed* They also wanted too much information from me, I told them I have stayed in hotels throughout the world and all of this info wasn't necessary. After that the hotel is really clean, personnel very friendly, great location, excellent swimming pools and excellent buffet breaksfast! I would go back!

Room was of an excellent standard with wonderful sea and river views, out side areas and the two pools are large, clean and plenty of sun loungers for all guests, Reception services were poor, lacking in customer care, had a taxi booked that was one and a half hours late to the airport,then headed to wrong airport, not drivers fault, he was misinformed by the reception staff , no towels in room for two days despite complaining to reception on first day and half way through check in, the receptionist stopped serving us to deal with another dissatisfied customer. Food in dining room was warm not hot at breakfast and lunch and staff desperately need customer care training. Plenty of food choices and it can easily be rectified with staff training. The only exception was Maria at the poolside bar, she was polite, friendly, customer focused and bi-lingual and a credit to the establishment.. Tips on area Walk to town of El Rompido, 15 mins, turn right at the bottom of the hill and carry on straight , great bars and restaurants, don`t use bank machine in square, charged 12 euro for a 250 euro withdrawal

The exterior of the hotel is good but the room had some damages. Bathroom with Broken stone, with bad smells, mini bar not working. For a 4 stars hotel in my opinion this is not acceptable. The breakfast was good and I had a meal in the poll and it was good. The playa natural is very cool, but is not property of the hotel. You need to walk 15min in order to access the beach, and take a ferry boat to go there.

Todo muy bien, el único inconveniente la habitación estaba cerca de recepción y se oía todo el ruido, comedor bastante buena calidad de comida

El apartamento en general ha estado bien, sólo que hemos echado en falta cosas como cepillo de barrer o fregona para limpiar un poco los restos de arenas que traiamos de la playa. El apartamento tiene unas vistas estupendas. Cercano a el hay servicios de restauracion y supermercado.

Eu gosto deste hotel, eu fui a este hotel cinco vezes.

Habitaciones muy amplias. Aunque se echó en falta poder poner el aire acondicionado en la habitación. No funcionaba y hacia excesiva calor. Se pidió gorros de baño pero tampoco había. El desayuno un poco falto de variedad en reposteria. El personal muy bueno, en especial recepción.
