The hotel is a clear winner. The 5 star rating is evident everywhere: condition, lobby, service quality, food, drinks and of course the room. The location is likely the best in Verona. Although it is luxury and high end hotel, it is not “stuffy”. Just the opposite. Relaxed and amazing staff and service.

An exceptional hotel in the centre of everything but at the same time the bedroom was quiet at night. I 💯 recommend this hotel as our experience from beginning to end was 5 star quality. The staff sorted out some minor travel issues within minutes and we were never left waiting at reception. All hotel staff were exceptional.
