"Our short but memorable stay in Verona"

Our entire experience was fantastic; from booking online to arrival/reception, the rooms, the breakfast and even the gentlemen parking our car and handling our bags were incredibly helpful and courteous. Everyone spoke enough English to be effective.

We would definitely come back. This is a stunning hotel. Perfectly located. Lovely service and staff. Really enjoyed the breakfast selection. Special mention to the lovely bar staff. A couple of issues. The rooms are far too warm (someone else was complaining as we checked out). We were recommended a restaurant by the hotel the evening we arrived and it was excellent. We were going to return but the concierge recommended another. No mention it was fine dining and very expensive. It was also bad (see my review). We gave feedback at check out and felt ignored. The girl at the desk (who was lovely) translated what we said into Italian so we know her colleague understood. A sorry and acknowledgment would have been nice! I guess our feedback wasn’t valuable!

"Faultless"

I could not fault this hotel. Great room, fab breakfast every morning, superb staff ( can not say enough about all the staff, amazing), great drinks in the bar and snacks, helpful reception booking restaurant for dinner, centrally located. I believe it’s our 5/6th time here and we will be back.
