The situation of the hotel is amazing, every room has a view of Mont St Michael. The staff were very good, very helpful and friendly.

The decor and some of the furniture is a bit jaded and needs an update.

The location is perfect.

It was hard to get into the restricted area where the hotel was located. The hotel needs to provide parking instruction when the booking is confirmed. We were left at the gate holding up cars behind because we just didnt know what to do. When u call the “info” from the gate, the person just hangs up if u dont speak French. It was extremely unwelcoming. They need to get better staffing and clear instruction to guests. It was extremely annoying because the staff just didnt seem to care that the guests suffered inconvenience that way.
