Le Relais Saint Michel

The location of this hotel is beautiful. We had a view of the Mont Saint Michel from our window. The walk from the hotel to the island takes half an hour or a short shuttle ride. We had a family double room set on two floors. It was a very warm night and inside the room it was very hot. There was only one small air cooler which could only help one person sleeping next to it. We had four people. It was so stuffy we could hardly sleep, even with the balcony door open. We asked at the reception for another air cooler or fan but none were available. The bathrooms are a bit run down. There were also issues at the barrier at the entrance to the hotel/parking area as the code given to us by the hotel didn’t work.

the view is definitely marvelous and breakfast is good ( staff for breakfast is amazing, especially lady!) The room is spacious.

the reception is not great, either it’s empty or wrong information provided( for example we asked what time breakfast starts and were told that and 7:30, we arrived around 7:15 and there were already around 50 people …) The room is without AC, and even though understood that end of May was with crazy 35 degrees, 4 star hotel must have AC.

モンサンミッシェルが部屋から見れるのはとても良かったです。またバス停からも近いので動き回るのには最適でした。

全体的に施設は古めです。あとは照明が少ないです。

朝食がおいしかった。 モンサンミッシェルが見えるのが良かった。

言葉がうまく伝わらなく、スタッフが嫌な表情したのが残念。 部屋からモンサンミッシェルの景色が、木の影響で半分以下しか見えなかった。

客の希望に応えようとの気が一切ないフロント、今時エアコンがない室内、蝿がたかる朝食会場、どこをとっても四つ星とは思えないホテルでした
