Iron requirement

Didn’t like that the bathroom door was missing and the cable tv didn’t work. They don’t have coffee in room or office.

Staff very horrible, very belligerent Staff not helpful, refused to fix broken flashing light. She refused to give us extra pillows Front desk clerk was so rude & hateful we had to book another hotel forcing us to pay for 2 hotels that night. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!!!

Had a problem with the room and the lady of the place was screaming at me like it was my fault. Very bad communication skills. Not the type of person you want customer facing. She was horrible. There was a garbage can outsode my room and garbage all over around it. Might have had a different rating if this non business person had better manners and treated paying custpmers with simple common courtesy and respect. The price was low, so I usually don't expect much. Moved to a cheaper one down the street. Had I not paid in advance for 3 days through expedia I would have checked out and used the 3rd day somewhere else due to the fowl treatment.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room wasn't super small. Plenty of space. Parking was easy. Location was next to the place I was going for work. I would happily stay there again.

Avoid this property!!! Front desk clerk was so rude to us we didn’t feel safe staying. She said we were rude to her and because of this would not give us anything. All we asked for was a couple of extra pillows and to fix a blinking led recessed light. We contacted Orbitz told them our issue and they gave us a partial refund. We immediately booked another hotel. When checking there was some sort tablet that showed a contract? but it was only visible for a few seconds. There was then a screen that came up requiring our signature. I asked to back it up so we could see what we were signing, but the clerk refused. The hotel also charged a $10 “property fee” and when we asked the clerk what it was for, she gave some very odd explanation about utilities and supposedly all hotels charged this fee. The hotel we moved to didn’t charge that fee. Another issue was the proximity to some very busy train tracks and the trains are very LOUD. I don’t know how late the trains run, but I can’t imagine getting a decent nights sleep. The room was actually pretty decent for the price, it was clean and the bathroom was decent as well. That’s about all I can say about room as we only stayed for about an hour total as that was time we needed to contact Orbitz and book another hotel. We ended up spending extra for another place, but it was worth it to get away from this hotel.

Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, great parking for the Harley’s. Staff was extremely helpful & friendly.
