"Good hotel but poor service."

The room was okay for one night stay. The biggest problem was with the lobby reception. I booked a double room for 4 persons and it was perfectly clear including buffet breakfast. However, the hotel said that they only gave 2 persons for free. I showed Hotels.com’s receipt which clearly states for 4 persons. I had to argue with them for half hour before they finally agreed to give free breakfast for all. The experience was really frustrating.

整體ok 但隔音方便太嘈雜 不論是酒店內及酒店外 另一個問題是 房間與厠所的間隔牆是透光的 晚間去厠所開燈就連房內都光了 還有不明白 床褥都有濕濕的感覺 絕不乾爽
