The Imperial Chiang Mai Resort & Sports Club

The room is Nice and clean, But everything very old.

The pool and garden surrounding are terrible. Old ded trees and many many leaves every day around and in the pool. Nobody clean the pool chairs and tables. But also other garden work , looks bad. The kitchen extractie hood, is very very Noisy. The hotel is very old. But the rooms are Nice and clean.

The management staff went above and beyond to assure we had a great stay! Landscape is beautifully maintained, rooms are extremely clean and there's even a play ground for the kids under a big tree!

Not much, they have an Olympic size pool but the steps are rotten. The pictures were taken about 20yrs ago.

It was too far away from every thing, you had to walk over 1km to nearest shop and pass angry dogs in alley on the way out of resort.

We came over as we had family in the hospital it was 6 minutes away from the hospital so this was great!

The rooms are old and not renovated. But good. Insist on room on first or second floor only. Nice swimming pool. Food choice is very limited. No grocery shop nearby. Very limited BF options. For vegetarian people, NO NO. If you do not have your own car, do not stay here. Its only for relaxation. If you want to sight see, then its not good location. Hotel staff has very limited English understanding. But all people are Good and helping.

Need english speaking and understanding staff. Housekeeping great. Too far from town .beautiful setting .no nightlife or bar .

Bed was comfortable. In a nice environment.

Could have had more variety at breakfast. Was about the same every day.
