- 10 km from old city: easy bicycle ride along the river (some good local bars and restaurants on the way), or taxi via Grab app (between 130 and 200 baht per ride, depending on demand) - closest shop is a local grocery shop (with washing machine service) about 500m from hotel - closest 7/11 is 1km from hotel (on main road into town) - closest restaurant is a roadside noodle shop next to 7/11 - no Western restaurants within walking distance - the hotel offers no bicycle rental, but easy to rent in the old town - good wifi Special mention to the cleaning ladies who would put fresh flowers in my room every day - thank you! You made my stay really wonderful!

I stayed here for 40 days in August 2022, just after the reopening of the borders post-Covid, with very few tourists around. This meant that some of the services were not offered (no complimentary shuttle bus into town) or limited (limited food options).

Excellent facilities, WiFi, services and room. Very cheap rate for the things one is getting. Only problem is far walk to main road and out of town. Need own transport or be prepared to spend some money on Grab service.

Good location,very close to Golden triangle the well known place that a lot of foreigner visit here and most of them choosing Golden Triangle resort,also my family come to Chiang Saen every year and stay here each time...

Huge, elegant, quiet neighborhood, extensive athletic facilities.

Das Hotel ist eingebettet in einen tropischen Garten. Es ist sehr ruhig und erholsam. Tennisplaetze, Sauna, Fitness sind kostenfrei zugaenglich. Das Hotel verfuegt ueber einen olympischen Pool mit 10 Bahnen. Das Fruehstuecksbuffet ist sehr umfangreich. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhaeltnis ist unschlagbar.

We had the most beautiful relaxing time. The staff was amazing and so was the pool . The room was lovely as well

The resort is a bit old. The service is good. The pool is great, though the water is too cold for swimming. The environment is quiet except on the 1st Fri night, the music from outside was extremely loud. My room's air conditioner was noisy, too. Considering the low price, I shall not complain.

Not happy with the lack of a safe and restricted view with a few bugs flying into the room that was tatty ! To be charged on my room booked for two people + for a breakfast not included when I paid extra specially for my mums separate room for 2people+ was insulting especially as I made+a point of this site not differentiating between one or more people staying in a room just with or without breakfast included ! Food was adequate unless ordered in room when it was warm by the time it arrived ! Restaurant had no air con or fans with Mosis around ! Pool restricted towels !Its a long way out of town on a gridlocked road !

We came here for a Retreat for 5 days. It was awesome. The rooms were nice and clean , bed was comfortable. Food was excellent . We enjoyed the Pool and the sports facilities such as indoor badminton , ping pong. The meeting rooms were set up very well and so was the kids room. Highly recommend for meetings, Retreat and conferences. The staff were warm and helpful. Good place for families too if you’re wanting some quiet relaxing time.
