Rozbudowane i atrakcyjne Spa i zespół saun

Petit déjeuné super, emplacement géographique optimal par rapport au centre et aux remontées mécaniques et équipement de l’hôtel très bien,

l'eau de la piscine est un peu froide, les matelas des lits étaient trop mou à notre gout et le restaurant un peu cher , les jeunes ne respectes pas les règles au spa ( plonger dans la piscine et pas de textiles au sauna )

Die Croissants vom Brötchenservice waren zu teuer für die Größe und Qualität (machte den Eindruck dass es Knack&Back Croissants waren)

- We had a room with a nice balcony to the front of the hotel - The bathroom had a huge and comfy bathtub + additionally a shower - They welcomed us with a chocolate and gave us a parting gift - The internal restaurant was pricey but good - Breakfast was very good -- pancakes, good cheese and sausage selection, well cooked scrambled egg, yoghurt, fruit - even strawberries! - The kitchen in the room is well equipped with good quality cookware (WMF) - Close to the ski lift and they have a big enough ski depot

- The walls are paper thin - we heard every single step of our neighbors, especially the ones above us. We also heard every move of the cleaning personell every morning. - The saunas close at 8pm which felt just a little early. - The beds were -- to us -- uncomfortable. The mattress was very soft, the double bed is actually two beds that can drift apart and the pillows were huge, flat and umcomfy.

Perfect personal Excellent location

Only one but HUGE minus of this hotel is swimming pool! Its cold! Around 24C such temperature usually in sport swimming pools. After ski people want relax and swim in hot water. Another hotels for such price have nice outdoor or inside pool with comfortable water. This pool can be used only after sauna, I was really upset because I choose this hotel based on nice photos of pool area. In all the rest hotel is nice.
