Merci merci merci pour votre accueil. Les gérants sont adorables et se sont rendus disponibles. La chambre était très confortable. L’emplacement est super.

Sur 4 jours ça aurait été bien qu’il y ait un petit coup de ménage, on aurait gagné en confort.

Only the location and owner was nice

Looks nothing like the photos very clearly dated, it's very tired. Cobwebs and not cleaned properly. I was tired of moving so i stayed. The owner is nice however. Location is good,bring your own loo paper

Nice, quiet, fresh and clean room. AC, fan, toiletries and a large window to the cozy garden. Close to the Ancient Town at a walking distance. Very nice and kind lady running this place. She also arranged a fair fare taxi to Da Nang for us.

Not complaining but I had higher expectations about the breakfast when I read the menu. The rest was excellent.

A very friendly couple and cute baby! Breakfast was made for us which had many options and the pancakes were delicious.

A lot of mosquitoes in the room and bathroom, we have been bitten a lot. Small room, a struggle for even just two.

Free breakfast for this price, location is near to the memories land by walking distance around 10-15 minutes. Walking to old town is about the same. We like the nature atmosphere and we like to try guesthouse/ local house to experience the local life

Owner is kind but the dogs are not really friendly. Toilet is small and dirty (when I take shower there’s no hot water, need to wait about 20 mins) and room is a bit dirty but still acceptable because of the price

Was tucked away from the main roads but still in a perfect location right by the old town. Friendly staff

We only read previous reviews once we had checked in. After hearing the problems people encountered with items going missing we were a bit on edge. I’m happy to say we had nothing taken or looked through and the staff were very friendly.
