Arrived Friday for a family wedding on the Sunday. There was no welcome pack or information about the local area. It would have been useful to have details of bus services, phone numbers to taxis and emergency services, restaurants and shops. Nothing. A small table was damaged and despite messaging the host/management company no response was received. Poor service. Only one toilet roll was provided and no spares. Shower very small and inadequate shower curtain results in wet floor. We would not stay here again. The wedding in a nearby venue was fantastic.
