No hay nadie en recepción durante toda la noche. No hay quien habrá el portón para meter o sacar el auto. Nadie como personal de seguridad o limpieza con quien hablar. La limpieza de la habitación deja que desear. Solicité factura al llegar, solo me dieron un correo para solicitarla y aun no la recibo. 😔

"recibimos confirmacion del la casa y no nos recibieron"

no desayunamos

nada llegamos a las 9 pm la casa estaba cerrada todo apagado en la puerta tiene un c numero celular que nunca nos contesto, solo una habitación prendida les gritamos pero nadie nos abrió. tratamos de comunicarnos con booking.com al numero que aparece en la pagina y nunca contesto no es la 1 vez que contratamos booking pero a bajado mucho su servicio. a esa hora tuvimos que buscar hotel nos quedamos en el hotel Real Plaza, muy agradable el lugar

El agua de la regadera siempre salió fría, el hotel por lo general permanece solo, no hay nadie que pueda ayudarte.
