Nine Tree by Parnas Seoul Dongdaemun

1. Clean 2. Small rooms but decent 3. Peaceful neighborhood 4. Reasonable walking distance to subway station

1. Inconsistent housekeeping eg. (A) Tissue boxes are not refilled when running low. (B) Instant coffee mixes were not refilled for my last 2 nights. Too tired to call reception and took them from my children's room instead. (C) Housekeeping can be a little noisy in the morning as they vacuum with the room doors wide open.

Loved our stay at Nine Tree Dongdaemun. Amenities were excellent, comfortable bed and very clean. Reception was very accommodating and easy to check in. The location was reasonably close to metro stations and bus stops, so no complaints there. Always a lot of walking in Seoul, but at least there weren't too many hills ;-) Laundry facilities were great with massive washing and drying machines. Cold water was available outside our room as well as reception as well as coffee and tea.

Nothing worth mentioning.

located right next to Dongdaemun History & Culture Park metro station with many stores and restaurants park right across the road from the hotel very affordable convenient coin laundry at 3rd floor good breakfast selection, tasty food room was clean and well kept limousine bus stop for airport right in front of the hotel amazing japanese toilet

very tiny room you could barely move in AC was blasting at full fan speed or barely doing anything, no middle ground (also LED diode on AC was blinking whole night) AC right above beds paper walls, you can hear everything happening around the light in the hallway kept turning on by itself during the night

シャワーの圧がもう少し強いと嬉しい
