酒店服务不错，而且能走走玩玩的地方很多，这个岛很大很漂亮适合带小宝宝的家庭，房间虽然老但是蛮大的。

沙滩的沙子不细，还有东西都不太好吃。

"Great stay for a large family group!"

We went for a family reunion of sorts with about 30 people. The resort, while a bit dated in some parts, was perfect for our group. The rooms were clean and serviced daily - the food options were more than enough, even though it was the quieter season and not all restaurants were open every day. The pools were a highlight and the staff & poolside entertainment was great!

"Wouldn’t Book Again - Disappointing"

The beach is genuinely beautiful, and the views from the rooms are lovely - as are the beds, but unfortunately the Shangri-La didn’t live up to its marketing material, or to other Shangri-La’s.

The pools need a serious overhaul, the kids club feels tired, and some basic hygiene standards weren’t met - including empty soap dispensers at the main family buffet. The room also wasn’t cleaned adequately on arrival and the room wasn’t ready at check-in time either. Staff for the most part didn’t seem happy to be there - not all, but enough to notice.

The deluxe oceanview room in the adults section, and also close to pool. Also being close to the lagoon.

It depends on expectations. It is dated. A little overpriced we felt. But we liked the quiet and the view. The beds were the best. Being able to walk and swim in lagoon was 👌 The selection of drinks and canapes at happy hour I think could be improved. Sun lounges by pool could be vastly improved as not all sun lounges had cushions, and they were uncomfortable after a while. And actually provide more sun lounges.

"Friendly staff and relaxing time!"

Friendly staff!! WOW by the fantastic performance from the Sacred Flame Show and the wonderful Lovo Dinner. We enjoy the amazing breakfast spread at the Golden Cowrie Coastal Italian Restaurant. Had fun snorkelling. Relaxing time at the Canapé hour.

The bathroom is dated. The service at the Takali Asian Kitchen was inattentive.
