Property Notes

The outdoor swimming pool is open from May to October, weather permitting. Reception Opening Hours: Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00 Saturday: 08:00-12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00 Sunday: 09:00 to 12:00. Reception is closed on Wednesday. Please note that for all arrivals after 19:00, guests must contact the property in advance by telephone in order to organise check-in. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation. Please note that you are responsible for the end-of-stay cleaning (otherwise, an additional fee will be charged). The "final cleaning excluding kitchenette" option can be booked at reception (for an extra cost). You can bring your own towels and bed linen or rent them on site at an extra cost of : - EUR 9 per person for bed linen - EUR 9 per person for towels Please note that TV is available at an extra cost of EUR 29 the 1st week and EUR 15 per additional week. This is subject to availability and upon prior request during the reservation process. The residence accepts pets, with a maximum of two per accommodation unit, at a rate of €10 per night or €59 per week.Swimming pool: Closed from Mon, Sep 15, 2025 until Sat, May 15, 2027 A deposit may be required at the property.

"Don't stay here when the weather is hot!"

It was stated that the closing time of Reception would be 19:00 hours. We arrived at 18:30 hours and found that Reception was just closing! We then found that our request for sheets and towels had not been met. So had we arrive 10 minutes later we would have found our room incomplete. During our stay we found the reception was closed several times when it should have been open! Certainly not reliable. These rooms are certainly not made for when the weather is very hot. No air conditioning and no fans are provided. Perfectly adequate for when the weather is moderate. The room was clean and the linen and towels were clean. Generally the whole property was in good order.

Utilisé pour se séjour familial, uniquement à titre d'hôtel. Rien à dire de défavorable. Ensemble très propre et agréable, accueil et personnel sympatique. Bon rapport qualité/prix à cette période de l'année au moins. A recommander.

"familles, moindre confort"

Pas de lit deux personnes. Seul un clic-clac une personne et dans le couloir 2 lits une personne superposés. Il fait nettoyer la chambre avant partir. C'est plutôt un appartement aux lieux d'une apart-hotel.

"Résidence du golf"

nous avions loué un studio pour 3 personnes le temps d'un week-end prolongé fin octobre. A cette saison nous avons trouvé la résidence calme,agréable, propre et idéalement située. Nous avons pu visiter Perpignan, la côte jusqu'en Espagne, le musée Dali à Figuéres sans faire de grand périple en voiture. On trouve des commerces à proimité. Petit bémol pour ceux qui ne peuvent pas se passer de télé: une location en sup de 31 euros.
