"A great stay let down by one staff members and a poor breakfast"

A good hotel centrally located to the Ferrari museum. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast was very poor and not what I expected. A coffee and a croissant doesn’t work and the lady in the restaurant was very bitter and moody.

"Il pessimo servizio"

La posizione

La pulizia nelle camere più precisamente in bagno era al quanto inaccettabile,il cestino era pieno di rifiuti dei clienti precedenti,e alla colazione ho visto una cliente che durante la colazione aveva preso del pane,e nel momento che aveva finito il cameriere a preso quello stesso panino e la rimesso con gli altri ... Cos'è che in un hotel a 3 stelle non dovrebbero assolutamente capitare... Una cosa inaccettabile
