Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good.

Furniture needed to be replaced. Bed bottom was tin and made noises when you turn over.

The towels, bed linens and pillows were terrific. The General Manager helped me through a mini-crisis with a level head and compassion. I was so grateful. I have stayed at this hotel before, so therefore knew of it. But my phone call to the listed number on the internet was diverted to a third party called reservations1. The third party fleeced me by charging $150 for an $88 room. The hotel was not able to help me with the first night's overcharge, but they did everything right by me when I needed the second night. They rebooked me at the expected rate and allowed me to stay in the same room so I wouldn't have to move my stuff. The GM took the reins and turned a bad experience into a very nice one.

"Terrible, very disappointed!"

Good location

The room was dirty, bed was queen instead of king which is what I paid for. There was not kitchenette and there was no jacuzzi tub and looked nothing like the pictures that was posted on the app. This was for my honeymoon so I was quite disappointed that the room was very unsatisfactory. There were parts taken off the shower and left instead of fixing, dresser was dirty and the floors and couch looked like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks.

The comfort was good

The cleanliness of the room was bare. Hair left in the bathroom...lamps unplugged Phone unplugged...and the sockets appeared dangerous looking.
