Spent 5 days at this lovely, welcoming hotel recently whilst working in Temuco The staff were really welcoming and helpful from reception to breakfast and bar staff. This is a well maintained, very clean hotel that is comfortable The room was a good size with a comfortable bed and air conditioning Breakfast and bar staff were really friendly and very professional, representing Best Western well!! The location is superb, with lots of great restaurants, a huge mall and the bustling town of Temuco all within walking distance And if you're into football, Deportes Temuco are a steady 20 minute walk away

El desayuno muy bueno, la habitación excelente!

Tuvimos una pequeña dificultad, ya que el gimnasio no estaba disponible como salía en la aplicación, pero nos dieron una atención lo cual se valora muchísimo y lo agradecemos!
