Me gustó mucho el servicio del personal, desde que nos recibieron en el lobby, hasta la seguridad que nos daba las indicaciones. Quiero hacer mención especial a Juan Diego y Yamilka, quienes con sus atenciones en el restaurante nos atendieron con mucha amabilidad y diligencia. Pero creo que la mejor empleada que tienen es Ivelisse (también en el restaurante), es una persona con gran vocación de servicio, es atenta y se esfuerza por brindar una buena experiencia, y encima de eso, a pesar de verla atendernos temprano en la cena, la vi a las 2:00am ir al bar de la piscina a limpiar (adjunto una foto), barrer y organizar. Es una mujer trabajadora y digna de admiración.

Muy poca agua de tomar en la habitación.

La atención de su personal excelente la comida súper buena

Pagué $10 por persona para entrar a las 10 de la mañana y cuando entramos todo estaba cerrado para poder desayunar tuvimos que esperar la 12:30 para poder almorzar
