The staff here is always absolutely delightful from the front desk to the restaurant and morning breakfast team. I have stayed here many times and it's never a bad experience. My most recent visit (April/May 2026) I forgot to book my room with the breakfast included and when I checked in the front desk team asked if I wanted to add it free of charge. Very kind of them On top of this one of the staff named Vitor, called me my first night to make sure everything in the room was ok and to see if I needed anything. The place is always clean and the keep the room up-to-date with regular renovations. The gym has dumbbells, benchpress, treadmills, and other weight machines + they have a really nice pool. One block away is a really nice park with a walk/jog path, and a pond famous for its turtles which are all over the pond area. Connected to the hotel is a really nice high-end mall and with a mini-supermarket inside. Also one block away is a really nice (Dinarte Ribeiro) strip of stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and a gilataria. Really the hotel team and property are excellent! Highly recommend it. Damon
