Reception opening hours: Sunday to Friday: 9:00-12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00 Saturday: 8:00 - 12:00 and 16:00 - 19:00 Please note that for all arrivals before 16:00 and after 19:00, guests must contact the property in advance by telephone in order to organise check-in. Please note that guests can check in before 16h during the week. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation. You can choose to clean the accommodation yourself. A cleaning fee per stay will be charged if you do not clean the accommodation before departure. The residence accepts pets, with a maximum of two per accommodation unit, at a rate of €10 per night or €59 per week. Please note that the restaurant and bar, outdoor swimming pool and paddling pool are open from mid-April to mid-September. You can bring your own towels and bed linen or rent them on site at an extra cost of : - EUR 9 per person for bed linen - EUR 9 per person for towels For stays from 2 to 6 nights, the end-of-stay cleaning fee is included in the price. Guests are expected to clean the kitchenette and wash the dishes before check-out. For stays of 7 nights or more, the end-of-stay cleaning fee is at an extra cost. Please note that end-of-stay cleaning (for stays of 7 nights or more) is the guest's responsibility. A fee will be charged if the accommodation is not left clean upon departure. A "Final cleaning except kitchenette" option can be booked at reception or in advance via the reservations department.
