Accueil très agréable et efficace. Appartement fonctionnel et propre, parking très appréciable pour 6€ par jour. Bus direct vers le centre d'Aix à 5 grosses minutes à pied. Assez tranquille malgré la proximité de la voie rapide.

Équipement un peu sommaire dans la cuisine. Environnement peu agréable malgré les arbres (grandes rues et voie rapide). Lits simples confortables, canapé-lit moins...

Le lit était complètement défoncé..la toile du sommier était entièrement déchiré par l'usure et pendait.. des tâches de partout. Le matelas était creux.une vraie daube
