"We stay because of the location but feel like it’s gone downhill the past few years. Still clean so that’s good!"

Location. Free breakfast.

Low shower heads. I’m 5’8” and it was too low. Asked the maid for towel exchange and had to go to front desk. It’s off season so no one at the desk. Had to ring the bell. Asked the maid for another shampoo and she wasn’t pleasant. Great property I’m assuming in season they are more available and accommodating but probably also 3 times the price. It’s clean so that’s the best thing!!

"Location is great but thats it."

The location of this hotel is great! That is the only good thing i can say. They try to charge you ridiculous prices for early check in and they don't care if you are a platinum or diamond member and the hotel is outdated; I had closet doors for my bathroom door... the breakfast was cold and pretty much gone by 8 am and was a complete mess. I definitely will be taking my business anywhere else in myrtle beach besides here.

Went here on a Marshall arts test. I get out of car after a 7 hour drive just to find out they switch our location we pay extra for beach front view 😁 get a amazing view of a uhal in front of my first floor view of a parking lot building disgusting scratches on every door like a lion got into the building the floor was sticky we found a inhaler under my bed a dirty gross sock in the couch witch realy shows how much they clean the room staff forgot to put 2 remotes in our room. 1 STAR! I want a refund effective immediately
