Polynesian Beach & Golf Resort

In the room where we stayed there was black mold on ceiling in the back bedroom. The staff was friendly to all of the customers.

Horrible! I paid $400 to have a good room and booked it! But turns out they never called me or anything to let me know that the room was already booked! And ended up getting a room that was nowhere near what I booked! It wasn’t until I checked out that they let me know that the room that we got was not ours! Terrible

It wasn't bad at all. You get what you pay for, and, for whatvit was worth it was decent!

In disrepair. Needs a major renovation. And the area was questionable

My room was not clean and there was a smell outside around the entrance to the parking garage

Telephone $0.75 for each local call! Surprised because hotels.com did not warn me about a $100 dollar "cash" security deposit upon check-in, cost me $5 fee to withdraw cash in office/lobby ATM!! Not a place I'll ever stay again!!!

The “hotel” is more like a place for people to stay that are on the verge of being unhoused. Carpet filthy, room smelled horrible, microwave didn’t work, other people smoking weed, woman with a pitbull staying there, kids outside in their underwear. Pool water was green.

It was an okay place the only problem I had was that I was supposed to check in at 4:00 which is ridiculous but I went up there at 4:30 to check in they said I couldn't check in till 5:00 after it was all said and done I didn't get to check until 5:30 so that was my only problem the room was okay the beds were okay
