Grounds look disheveled- unkept - Found unclean garment in the bureau, and someone else’s trash under the chair. Otherwise it was clean. Front office untidy… BAD FIRST IMPRESSION. No coffee made… cereal spill out of canister, not very pleasant. TRUMP signs… YUK!

Staff tries very hard, but motel is well overpriced and in poor condition. Rooms are clean but very rundown. For example, although clean, the towels are stained, and the door needs paint. The bottom level is low income apartments. There was no problem with these neighbors, but The property was generally dirty and disorganized. The backside of the property has cabins that I believe house the staff and there are old machines, play, toys, etc. littering the grounds. All in all, it was the most expensive hotel I have stayed in that had the poorest conditions. This was due to the fact that there are limited places to go. I am not sure where the money goes. It certainly isn’t into the property. The staff was gracious and diligent, but it cannot make up for the poor conditions. I don’t recommend anyone stay here. If need be, drive 26 miles north to Franconia and Littleton for more suitable accommodations.

It was a great place clean spaciousness great bed and the guy at checkin and checkout was great will definitely be back thankd again!!!

The price was excessive for the level of the accommodations.

The hotel room was clean and appeared to be recently refurbished. The owners were friendly and asked if we needed anything, make sure our stay was a positive one. There was also a light breakfast available in the office. The price was very reasonable and we enjoyed our stay!

The hotel did not have a beautiful front, there was some rooms being worked on, the front office and breakfast noock was very simple, however the staff were very friendly and available and the room was excellent. Beds were comfortable, had fridge, microwave. We brought our dog too. And the price was right! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Maybe add a small keurig coffee pot to the rooms. Spiff up the front office.

Family owned and operated. Not modern but well maintained and very clean. Owners very pleasant. And beds very comfortable.
