Could have been cleaner...kept finding hair everywhere... bathroom floor was sticky..like they were mopping the floors with a dirty mop

Doors shutting late at night can be heard occasionally but I understand that’s not always something that can be helped since the doors are heavy.

The breakfast was OK, the room was very clean and comfortable. The room I stayed in was very spacious and I enjoyed my time in it very much.

The coffee did not have real cream or milk and the coffee was not refreshed periodically. Also there was only one set of thermos's so when the coffee was brought into the breakfast area in the morning the area was caged off and you couldn't get a coffee at that time. Was a little annoying.

"The stay was great. The receptionist when checking out was great and professional"

The hotel was clean and so were the rooms.

Checking in. The first day of checking in the receptionist was rude. I was trying to get my card out and transfer funds to a certain card I wanted to lose and she was really rushy, Sucking her teeth.
