Open and airy with rooms overlooking the pool, or the sea. I loved how accessible everything was, location-wise in relation to my room.

Nothing to dislike. About the hotel and staff. One serious recommendation is for the hotel to re-open its other entrance which is next to the St Regis entrance. Reason being that on weekends/public holidays there traffic going up into/out of the hotel is impossible because of cruise boats/catamarans returning from their sunset cruises at the Royal Yacht Club area and tour buses parked on both sides of the roads waiting to pick up their passengers make it impossible for cars to go into and/or out of the hotel. We were stuck for a good 30 minutes trying to return to the hotel.

"A Disgrace to the Westin Brand."

Just spa (the worker their )

⭐ 1/10 — A Disgrace to the Westin Brand. I stayed at The Westin Langkawi and left deeply disappointed. This property is an embarrassment to the Westin name. Hygiene failures: • Leftover noodles found inside the electric kettle (photo evidence attached) • Towels and bed sheets smelled strongly of mould • No soap provided, shampoo was empty and not restocked Service failures: • Every request took 30+ minutes or more to be fulfilled • Staff did not proactively check or replenish toiletries Marriott and Westin have a global reputation to uphold. This property clearly does not meet even the most basic standards — let alone 5-star standards. I left before completing my stay. Save your money and book elsewhere. Management should be ashamed.
