Guests are requested to specify their bedding preference in the Special Requests box during the booking process. Please note that this is subject to availability. Please note that the credit card used for deposit or prepayment will required to be shown at the hotel at the time of check-in. If this requirement is not met, the prepayment will be canceled and your full stay will be charged upon check-in. Debit and credit cards will be authorized upon check-in for the amount of your stay plus an additional deposit of EUR 50 per night to cover potential incidentals. The early check-in fee is EUR 30 and applies for check-ins before 12 PM. The Sheraton parking is closed due to renovation works on the new Brussels Airport Drop-Off zone. If you are traveling by car, we recommend using Interparking (P1, P2, or P3). Alternatively, you may consider traveling by public transportation.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
