Staff very friendly and attentive. Restaurant facilities / breakfast very good, cleanliness throughout hotel excellent. Location perfect as very close to departures halls. View from room was of the top 2 floors of the adjacent car park which was not great but ultimately, a single night stay and once curtains closed it could not be seen so did not detract from comfort in any way.

Nothing to mention in this section, everything went well.

The hotel is just steps away from International Departures so the location is just fantastic. The staff were all fabulous. The room had a comfortable chair and ottoman-much appreciated. We paid a little extra for Club Lounge access and this was an excellent way to relax after a busy holiday, before flying home. The lounge snacks were of a high quality and the staff were very attentive.

J'avais réservé pour d'autres personnes qui étaient des stars et légendes mondiales sportive. Elles n'ont pas pu séjourner dans jours établissement

Les sermonner sont arrivées à la réception, par téléphone lanpersonne m'avait dit pour 10h ce sera possible d'avoir vos 3 chambres. Mais ça n'a pas été le cas, ils ne pouvaient avoir leurs chambres avant midi sauf qu'ils n'avaient dormis que 4h du à leur démonstration du jour précédent et donc devaient dormir quelques heures parce qu'il devaient venir faire leur démonstration pour fin de journée. Donc sont parti louer un autre hôtel, vous nous avez fait perdre 630€ inutilement.
