Hotel took great care of us. really felt like being home.it offered a great sense of privacy while still being very convenient. Even during sangkran,it was a perfect place to come back and fully relax. Highly recommended the SPA! Breakfast crew also took great care of us! And we dined at the restaurant, dinner swift crew are all lovely to chat! And had the best taste of mango sticky rice in town!! fresh and clean

I had another amazing stay at InterContinental Chiang Mai, and it continues to exceed my expectations every time. I arrived very early, as noted in my IHG app, and was pleasantly surprised that my room was already ready upon arrival, allowing me to refresh right away after my journey. I was also upgraded to a premium room, which was in excellent condition with well-prepared amenities. As an IHG Diamond Ambassador, I truly felt that my status was well recognized. One of the main reasons I keep returning and have become a loyal guest is the Club Lounge. Without a doubt, this is one of the best InterContinental Club Lounges in the world. Everything was simply perfect: afternoon tea, evening cocktails, food quality, and selection. Please continue maintaining this exceptional standard. The service was outstanding, led by Khun Nui, the Club Manager. She has an incredible ability to recognize guests and remember their preferences. As I was celebrating my 40th birthday during this stay, I received a thoughtful surprise from her and the team, which truly made my stay special. Her experience and positive attitude clearly set a great example for the entire team. I would also like to give special recognition to Fairy, who delivered outstanding service. Not only to me but to all guests in the lounge. She is always smiling, polite, and attentive to detail. Additionally, I’d like to thank the rest of the team, Tristan, Ozon, Poy, Toy, Nun, and Fren for their excellent service. If you are considering upgrading your stay to include Club benefits, I can confidently say it is absolutely worth every single dollar. Breakfast at the main restaurant was also enjoyable, with attentive staff and a wide selection of both local and international dishes. The pool is slightly small compared to the hotel size but still offers a pleasant atmosphere. The rooftop provides an amazing view, although unfortunately, the air pollution during my stay limited outdoor activities. Another suggestion is that the room upgrade could have been better for a returning guest since other IC properties also considered suites or higher premium room types to the loyal guests. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and truly enjoyed every moment. I will definitely be back and am already looking forward to my next visit.

This is the worst hotel I've ever been to!!! The service here is ZERO!!!! I've never seen worse service and staff anywhere!!! Nowhere!!!! The girl at the reception is a huge problem!!! She doesn't know how to communicate with guests! The service is a complete ZERO! They didn't even give me water upon check-in. They serve it to guests selectively. They are absolutely rude!!! The girl at the reception acts as if you were in her home!!! I'm simply shocked by this service! This is rock bottom!!!! I extended my reservation for two days. They changed my room and told me to wait in the hallway until 2 PM the next day. Is this 5 stars?!!!!! This is the worst place I've ever been!!!! I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy!!!!!! They ruined my entire vacation and all my nerves!!!!!
