Персонал на ресепшн приятный. Немного знает английский. Комната довольно просторная. Соотношение по цене и отелю норм. Хотя в Кантонскую он подорожал и эта цена уже для него высоковата.

Самое неприятное, когда в срок бесплатной отмены снимают некую сумму за номер, типо первую ночь. В переписке отвечают, что у них такие условия. Я им пытаюсь объяснить, что у меня с букингом другие условия, что я выбираю тариф дороже не просто так, а с условием бесплатной отмены до определенный даты. Возвращать отказывались. И их не волнует, что вы теряете проценты на конвертациях. Находится далеко от основных мест. Убирались в номере плохо. В один день мой ночной пеньюар, который был на кровати, просто на диван бросили, а не сложили аккуратно на кровати. В целом косметику, фен, обувь и тп - не поправляли. Как лежало небрежно перед выходом -так и осталось при возвращении. Нет в номере минимального набора в ванной: дисков ватных, палочек.Фен работал так слабо, прям совсем долго сушится( Отдавала в химчистку брюки убрать свежее пятно после ужина, в остальном они чистые. Вернули с этим же пятном( Видимо, не удосужились провести химчистку, а просто в стиралку закинули. Завтрак средненький очень. Никаких соков свежих, обслуживание официантов отсутствует в ресторане. Нет кофемашины и нормального кофе!В целом отель подуставший и вид из номера не очень. Негде сушить одежду.
