The Fresh Coast Inn at Ludington

The breakfast was perfect. Not the the same as one gets at an average restaurant. Your website didn't say you were LGBTQ+ allies. Other B&Bs nearby did this and, as a Catholic I see it as a sign saying we hate you and your beliefs. Why would I want to do business with them?

The trim work and and vanity in our room had poor workmanship. I loved the work being done on the parlor fireplace!

The charm, the hospitality, the room, the breakfast, the staff….and the very affordable price!!!

Wouldn’t change a thing!

The property was beautiful and very well restored. The garden are was nice, we sat out there for about 3 hours. Parking was convenient

We had almost zero water pressure in the sink and bathtub! Taking a shower was an adventure. My wife couldn’t even wash her hair because there is no way she would have gotten the soap out of it!

For us, we enjoyed the BnB experience SO much more that the corporate cookie cutter. But, we were on vacation, not a business trip.

We looked at room paint was peeling it was extremely hot in the room. We left. We texted Fresh Coast, wanted a full refund. no response. Would not ecommend. One week before our stay we stopped to see room. Not allowed.

The Fresh Coast Inn anticipated everything that I wanted and needed to have an enjoyable stay, from bottles of water in the refrigerator to roku tv that let me watch my favorite baseball team to a wonderful hot breakfast in the dining room. I could get cookies and cocoa in the evening from the well-stocked and always open pantry and sit in the garden with my tea in the morning sun.

Check-in was accomplished by text message, which turned out to be pretty efficient, but I didn't see any staff until breakfast. I hesitate to say I didn't like the set-up because there were no problems and I am confident I would have been able to text for help if any arose.

Amazing breakfast worth staying for that. Value for money
