Welcoming staff. Very helpful. Breakfast was picture perfect and delicious.

We loved this place! In addition to being tastefully furnished (with a game room!) there is an obvious commitment to sustainability (cloth napkins and silverware) and equity with respect to staff. The breakfast is so terrific: loved the overnight oats, french toast and scrambled eggs with spinach and feta. We would return in a minute.

We loved the Nutmeg! It is so cute and well decorated, clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept on. The service was also awesome. We let them know that we were eloping that day and asked for an early check in which they were able to accommodate , and then came in to flowers, champagne and a nice note! They went so above and beyond. We will surely be back next time we’re in the area.

We had a lovely stay at the Nutmeg! It is a charming Inn with all the attention to detail. Our room was very comfortable and breakfast was delicious! In the evening, we walked around the lovely town of Wilmington and there were several great choices for dinner. We'll be back!

It's unlikely that you will find a B&B as nice as this one, very clean and comfortable with plenty of comfortable places to sit in the common areas and many interesting and unusual books. It's very close to a very charming little village with several restaurants and shops. You won't be disappointed.

This was one of the more pleasant inn experiences I've had in my lifetime. The interior was brought very much up to date nine years ago, but with respect for the original structure -- I could feel the old floorboards under the rug in my room. Mein hosts were friendly, informative, even caring. Even good gluten-free options at breakfast -- which was quite good.

The Nutmeg Inn is a wonderful inn. Our room was a Queen suite on the first floor. It was spacious, with a separate living room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was beautiful. They allowed us to bring by our dog to that room. There is a wonderful walking trail behind the inn…I only walked a mile or two but you could walk to Canada! Breakfast was really good…the waitress very nice. I had a short conversation with Sherry, the owner, and she was lovely.

I am always on the go. Despite this the staff was always trying to have me at breakfast. The place is really clean. You cannot believe the effort to keep it clean.

I was lucky enough to get married on the grounds of the Nutmeg Inn. The owner's team and staff could not have been more friendly and professional. I chose The Nutmeg Inn after staying here many times in the past and could not wish for a better sanctuary for my most special occasion. Great breakfasts, comfortable beds, perfectly situated and amazing staff and owners. Our Guests who stayed for a few nights, experienced the same level of care and commented on how the tranquility of their stay was perfectly complimented by the amazing breakfasts and lazy afternoons besides the heated pool. What a gem in the Southern part of Vermont
