Staff were so helpful ans welcoming. Room was basic but lovely. Bed nice and comfy. Tv jad options like netlfix which was good. Was quite hot in room and no way to turn heating down so had to habe window open. Breakfast was ok. Quite basic not many options. Would stay again.
It has an upmarket Travelodge feel, but everything is there you would need, plus more tea and coffee! But I was there for a gig, down from the north. Both I by train and the band by van hadn't eaten pretty much anything all day; by the end we needed something and most places were shut but we could get pizza delivered - but to where? So we all went back to the Dolphin (only me staying there) and they were happy to let us wait, sit and eat it in reception. Not everywhere would do that. You guys were brilliant, thank you!

Broken window meant we couldn’t shut out noise from club-leavers. Woken several times at night to banging, shouting, and vandalism.
the hotel itself is quite central but can be a bit difficult to find. Rooms are clean and warm but can be subject to noise from the outside street. Being a city centre hotel there is no onsite Parking, the nearest being located in the Quadrant Shopping Centre approx 10 minute walk
