Beautiful hotel, excellent staff and a relaxed vibe. Great access to the park. Brilliant opportunity for character meets. The pool and leisure facilities were spotless and very well equipped and very quiet during the daytime. We moved to another Disney hotel and the hotel took care of moving our luggage for us.

i was really dissapointed about the time it took to bring my luggage. Almost 90 minutes. After we asked they said another 30 minutes. THEN again we jad to remind and ask them. I feel if it was goingvto take so long they should have told beforehand
