"Excellent"

Breakfast waiting time is too long. Only provide two bottles of water per room on first day for arrival no matter how many days of staying in the hotel. On the check out day, the room service started before 10 am.

"Excellent"

This hotel is conveniently placed and is the closest to the Disneyland parks. You can walk to it from the train station. The bedroom was very large but the bathroom was surprisingly small, with difficult access to the bathtub/shower.

Disney has excellent customer service. It was a nice hotel. The property is very nice. I would recommend. The only draw back is the price, but it is worth it.

A lovely hotel which is both stunning and immaculate. The room was huge with a massive bed, great shower and lovely Disney touches throughout. The food in the royal banquet really was amazing! The service is faultless. Would 100% recommend

A beautiful hotel with friendly staff. This was so convenient for the park and with a special entrance so no queuing. Lovely comfortable room with some extra touches. Restaurants were beautiful. It’s expensive but worth it for a treat!

"Disneyland dream."

The Hotel itself is beautiful, clean and breathtaking if you are a big Disney fan!!! We had a family room which accommodates 5adults the room and hotel is spotlessly clean. only 2 mugs in the rooms and not enough tea, milk, hot chocolate for each person the room accommodated...we requested more which took over an hour to get. Reception was so busy and no visible next in line order of fashion. Then on departure day we asked about our bags to be stored. We were told they would be collected from room, told them our departure time, then went to baggage desk to collect bags to be told they were ready and if we were being picked up by car they would bring them straight out for us. I went out to check to be told they would be there as we were on a time schedule and had a flight to catch. Anyway the Uber arrived and shock the bags weren't there, still in our room the other side of the hotel. Now given the price we paid I just think it should of been better. We spent 2 nights at the Magic circus b&b hotel and in terms of customer service that was much better.
